I ordered a daves double and med fry. The frys were very salty and now I have a sore thought every since I ate that food. I'm not the one to get sick so I'm guessing it's because of an employee who didn't wash there hands.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

I got sick after eating a four piece nuggets. A week prior to this my boyfriend came home sick and had the same four piece nugget meal. I thought he just had a flu bug but now I think his assumption of Wendy's nuggets was right. He ended up with a 103 fever and symptoms lasted 6 days for him.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate at 4:15pm on 4/3/16. I had orange chicken, chicken egg roll, chow mein and a sierra mist. I was sick 1 hour later throwing up etc. Can't keep even water down. Violent uncontrollable vomiting and diarrhoea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I attended a birthday party on Saturday April 1st. There were about 12 adults and 15 kids. Of the 27 attendees, 75% of us ended up extremely ill 12-30 hours after the party. The only thing that was eaten between those sick was flyers pizza in Grove City. I will never be back.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
