昨天除了谷物之外我什么都没有，晚餐时我得到了 zaxbys 然后吃了一半的烤鸡肉三明治，因为那太讨厌了，我把它扔了。几个小时后，它开始感到恶心，然后我得了腹泻，然后在接下来的 5 个小时内我每小时呕吐一次。我不得不错过工作，因为我感觉很恶心。我发冷了。我出汗了。

Dinner at 7. My strip cooked med - med well. Baked potato salad with ranch. Got home and by 9 I had diarrhea. By 2 I was waking up and running to the bathroom to vomit and still having diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
