8 月 31 日下午 5 点 30 分左右，我和妻子在 Tigard McDonald's 吃了东西。晚餐时我们都吃了四分之一磅，巨无霸和薯条。9 月 1 日 18 日凌晨 2 点左右，我和妻子开始感到恶心，发展成 diahrea 和呕吐。我们在 9 月 1 日见过医生，我们的诊断都是病毒性胃肠炎。现在已经是 9 月 2 日了，我们还在处理它。
