我每月至少吃 3 次地铁。我得到了一只烤箱烤鸡，放在意大利药草和奶酪上，加上生菜和蛋黄酱，然后烤过。我回到公寓吃了三明治，味道很好。大约一个小时过去了，我的胃开始起作用了一点。我什么也没想到，因为它并没有真正打扰我。然后大约一个半小时后我试着去睡觉。我穿着全黑衣服像在撒哈拉沙漠里一样出汗。我从那时的寒冷中发抖着，脸在灼热，然后我头疼了。那天晚上我吐了两次，之后我感到非常恶心。那天晚上我睡了 3 个小时。已经 4 天了，从那以后我每天都在吐，但仍然非常头晕。

I ate at around 5:00 pm 7/21/17. I had rice, chow mein, kung pow chicken and sesame chicken. I felt sick about an hour later, started throwing up at 9:00pm and didn't stop until 2 am. I also had diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

有一天我吃了几个汉堡包和 Burgerville 酱一起吃午饭，到那天下午我不得不生病回家，因为我发现自己患有发烧和胃痛！这真是个活生生生的地狱！当我到家时，我像鬼一样白皙，对发烧感到神志不清！感觉就像刀刺伤了我的腹部一样！
几天后我康复了，但是在第一次忍受了很多痛苦和痛苦之后没有恢复过来。这只是因为，天哪该死的，我有一天想吃一些汉堡包作为午餐！

I went to the chipotle by PSU and had my usual a chicken bowl. A couple hours after eating it I got bad cramps. I didn't think much of it until the next morning I spent hours in the bathroom. The cramps have gotten worse and I've been really nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 抽筋
