我于 2 月 28 日晚上 9 点左右在 Mad Mex 吃饭。我和我的朋友们每个人都有一个玛格丽塔酒，然后我的一个朋友和我分享了玉米饼片，没有莎莎酱，只有薯条。第二天，我和朋友都觉得自己好像得了流感。我无法从床上移动，呕吐，头痛，发冷，没食欲。一定是来自筹码的，因为这是我和我朋友唯一共同吃过的东西。

At the Soulful Oats salad at 9pm on 2-19-19. Nauseous within an hour, stomach cramping in two hours. Awakened to vomit and have diarrhea 4.5 hours after eating, and this continued every half hour for 4 more hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋
