At the Soulful Oats salad at 9pm on 2-19-19. Nauseous within an hour, stomach cramping in two hours. Awakened to vomit and have diarrhea 4.5 hours after eating, and this continued every half hour for 4 more hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
