Classic Roast beef sandwich from there Got off work headed home . I decided to go there. I got my food and went home. Ate my food at 8:30pm then at 11:15pm I was starting to cramp with nausea. I went to the bathroom had diarrhea and I vomited in the trash  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

I got a salad from them around 10pm and woke up at 1am sick and vomiting. From that point on I had diarrhea until like 10am and still felt nauseous the entire next day and still had diarrhea. Hopefully this third day is better  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我在 3 月 24 日吃了 2 个香肠饼干，一个是当天早些时候吃的，另一个是那天晚上晚些时候我保存并吃的。在半夜，我的胃经历了非常痛苦的抽筋，晚上因呕吐和腹泻而醒来 4-5 次。第二天，我太虚弱了，无法走路或做任何身体上的事情，由于严重的脱水，我不得不去医院接受静脉注射。在接下来的一周里，我的胃仍然很虚弱，无法吃固体食物。

我订购了一个带酸奶油的小辣椒和一个半大小的鸡肉豌豆苹果沙拉。进食后不到 2 小时我就被呕吐了，腹泻严重。进食后大约3小时就会出现寒冷和发烧。呕吐了然后腹泻了 12 个小时。甚至无法让佳得乐或姜汁汽水保持下来。由于胃部不适和疲惫，今天不得不打电话上班。

I went to Taco Bell and ordered 2 hard shell tacos. Two hours later my stomach started hurting really bad. The reason why I blamed Taco Bell is because the workers in there were sick and sneezing and were not wearing gloves when they gave me my food.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
