Ate there last night, couple hours later experienced nausea & headaches. Next day, had diarrhea and low grade fever. After reading these other reports (recent too may i add) I’m certain it was from the kale Mexican ceaser wrap i had from them.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 其他, 发烧, 头痛, 腹泻

我们于 6 月 15 日星期六下午 4 点去了那里的 Scratch 厨房.我女儿吃了婴儿的后肋骨，到凌晨 12 点 45 分，我的女儿多次出现爆炸性腹泻恶心/呕吐，身体虚弱，我们最终于周日早上 3 点 50 分到急诊区接受了食物中毒治疗。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 弱点

I went to sonics yesterday night and got the corn dog and cheddar peppers, long story short i feel cold from my fever, crapped myself 2 times and thrown up too many times to count., Just me sick. Symptoms of diarrhea started around 10am today vomiting around 1 to 2 pm this afternoon,still occurring.  | 症状: 呕吐, 发烧, 腹泻
