我在塞维尔维尔 Dolly Parton Parkway 的 Food City 买的土豆沙拉已经病了好几个星期了。我报告的那天晚上我还没生病，但后来病得很重，从那以后病得很重。我是出于诚意举报的，是为了让他们知道他们对土豆沙拉有问题。我已经为你附上了一张照片。我把它从容器里吃掉了，直到底部才看见自己在吃什么。自从我遭受严重的腹痛以来恶心胃痉挛呕吐腹泻。如果没有痛苦的抽筋和腹泻，我就无法吃任何东西。我经常吐出来。我不应该发冷的时候我会发冷。有时候我觉得自己像发烧一样。由于这种情况，我差不多待在家里，所以我不工作。我负担不起去医院的费用，所以我没有医院的记录可以提交给你。我吃 Imodium 而且像糖果一样抗恶心我可以办事。我确实必须吃东西，所以每两三天我就会吃一次，但是一切都会以某种方式回来。他们声称这是一种食品防腐剂，并没有完全被搅拌。即使它是一种食品防腐剂也很恶心。我不相信是这样。我已经没有集装箱了，因为几个星期过去了。一致性有点像黑色污垢开始变得湿润。我认为这是描述它的最好方法。我附上了这张照片供你看。我已经联系了他们，并把照片发给了他们，所以他们很清楚这个问题。他们只是认为不是问题。我想有所不同。

Ate just a few bites of pulled pork just port not bread and fries. Husband ate my left overs a couple hours later. They were refrigerated immediately. Pulled Pork Sandwich. It has not been pretty.  | 症状: 腹泻
