I had 2 sofritas tacos 8/27/18 around 5:00 pm. Added brown rice, pinto beans, pico de Gallo, and lettuce. I got sick feeling around 11:30 pm and later vomited and had diarrhea in the early morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

下午 2 点。牛肉炸玉米饼沙拉，豆卷饼。我吃完饭后开始感到恶心。2 小时后，发抖、发烧、发冷、肌肉酸痛、严重腹泻、口渴和恶心。以上所有事情都度过了一个可怕的夜晚。感觉虚弱，通常生病。不能把水压下来。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 其他, 弱点, 寒战, 肌肉疼痛
