我昨晚吃了胡椒虾。几个小时后我很生气但无法通过它。我开始感到痛苦，整夜都在起床，腹部肿了。第二天早上，我开始扔掉未消化的食物，整天都有严重的水样腹泻。这持续了大约 10 个小时。我脱水了，不晕倒就无法起床。

我在 1755 年经过了直通车。我订购了嘉年华炸玉米饼沙拉和牛排、XXL 加牛排的卷饼和鸡肉 chalupa。我只是在感觉饱之前才通过沙拉做的。上班时间很长，所以我昏倒了 4 个小时后才醒来需要呕吐。在回到睡觉之前，我在两次不同的场合一遍又一遍地呕吐。早上 7 点 33 分我发烧了 103F。我感觉非常虚弱，剩下的一天都在床上度过。直到第二天早上 4 点我的胃口才恢复。

On Sunday February 11, 2018, I went and ordered take out at the Chipolte in Downlen Road and upon eating. I became sick and have been ill for almost 2 weeks with Diarrhea, nauseas, and vomiting  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
