Vegetarian burrito bowl with guac on 9-25-18. My 5 year old had the same but with chicken. All night I was nauseus and vomiting. I still feel sick if I try to eat and its been 5 days. She is still complaining of tummy pain.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

在德克萨斯州达拉斯度假时，我得到了草莓 daqauri。喝了一口给我喝的味道不像 daqauri 但我喝的不够。大约一个小时后，我的胃开始受伤。可以说是腹泻... 花了大约两个 5 分钟然后回来了。又过了 15 分钟，我头晕目眩，又热又出汗，不得不再次跑回洗手间... 不知道如果我喝了整个东西会发生什么。可能只喝了四分之一。在接下来的两个小时里感觉很糟糕而且过去了

Had breakfast of 2 eggs overheats, potatoes, toast, strawberry jam(individual new bottle),coffee with sugar and cream at 8 am yesterday, Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. Woke up with gushing watery diarrhea, followed by vomiting. Vomited just once. Today, watery diarrhea every hour or so and ache all over

昨晚 9 点至 10 点之间，我去了 Gloria “s 订购了酸橘汁腌鱼三重奏。几个小时后，由于腹痛和恶心，我无法入睡。大约凌晨 4 点我开始呕吐，然后在凌晨 5 点、早上 8 点 30 分和上午 10 点左右再次呕吐。我也一直在发冷和出汗之间交替出现，伴随着关节疼痛。
