2017 年 1 月 19 日我去了麦当劳。我得到的掘金有点奇怪，但我认为是因为它们还很热。看着它们时，看起来它们没有煮得正确或者没有重新加热？从凌晨 3 点到早上 8 点，我整晚都在呕吐我呕吐了大约 7 次。血液检查期间我也在医生办公室呕吐。我总共错过了 2 个工作日，这使我失去了加班时间。我因呕吐而感到非常痛苦，整个星期剩下的时间都很虚弱。直到一周后我才能定期进食，因为它给我的身体造成了创伤。有人告诉我我的白细胞计数真的很高，这表明我正在与某些东西作斗争。我差点不得不去 ER。当我不允许减肥时，我也减轻了一点体重。

Me and my wife both ate at olive garden around 7pm with an order of the tour of Italy with the soul, and spaghetti with salad. Next morning around 3am wife wakes up vomiting constantly with a fever. Few hours the diarrhea and nausea hits me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I ordered the steak tacos with cheese, Pico, and salsa. I ordered it around 430 pm on 18 Nov 2016. At about 5 pm I had uncontrollable diarrhea accompanied by a fever. The time is now 630 pm and I feel better but my stomach feels completely emptied.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

I had a chicken bowl on Thursday for lunch and within an hour I had severe diarrhea and nausea I am still not back to normal today, 3 days later. I eat chipotle for lunch 3-5 times a week, not usually from this location, and this is the first time I've had a bad reaction.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
