早上 8 点左右我吃了一些他们的巧克力牛奶，觉得味道很有趣。反正我还是喝了它，因为它已经过时了，很难用巧克力牛奶判断它是否不好。那天晚上大约 6 点，我开始出现可怕的腹泻和疼痛，整夜起床直到凌晨 4 点吐出来。不得不去急诊所脱水和疼痛。

我是一名护士，所以当我看到食物中毒时我就知道食物中毒。摄入一只小爆米花鸡大约 6 小时后，我开始出现胃痉挛、恶心和发冷。今天我晒伤相当严重，所以我把它当作阳光中毒注销了，然后继续喝大量的水。摄入食物大约 7 小时后，我跑到洗手间开始腹泻，幸运的是拿起水桶开始呕吐。在过去的四个小时里，这种情况每半小时左右发生一次。
