my boyfriend and i both ate shrimp tacos, went home and got in bed both complaining our stomachs felt bad but i shrugged it off. i woke up with chills and the worst stomach pain and he woke up with diarrhea throughout the whole day  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 寒战, 胃痛

Fried rice with chicken, shrimp tacos. All tasted like they had been left in refrigerated too long, or ingredients had passed expiration. Mushy shrimp, topped with coleslaw that may have been rancid. I order two 4for4 one with a crispy chicken sandwich The other with a jr bacon burger when I got home I ate the crispy chicken sandwich n my brother ate the buyer after 10 mins I started to feel pain In my stomach started to throw up its now 5:51an still throwing up  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
