我昨晚（2017 年 9 月 21 日）晚上 9 点 10 分到达。订购了一个牛排和鸡肉碗，里面装有黑豆和玉米。我妻子点了一顿儿童餐，炸玉米饼，只是鸡肉饭和生菜。凌晨 3 点左右，我开始出汗，感觉抽筋。我起身马上需要吐出来。这持续了大约 4 个小时，我有胃痉挛、恶心、腹泻、呕吐、出汗。今天早上我感觉好一点了，但是今天下午又开始了。

Ate a burrito bowl with barbacoa, rice, beans, corn and cheese for lunch. Became ill later that evening and spent the next day and a half in bed.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate the Louisianna Chicken Pasta dish at about 7:30. That night at 3 am I vomited the meal up aggressively. I vomited again in the morning (water I had drank) and had diarrhea all day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
