疑似食物中毒。症状：腹泻、恶心、呕吐、发烧、胃痛、抽筋、发冷等：肌肉酸痛
疑似来源：剩下的米饭、nps 胡萝卜、史密斯的巧克力蛋糕。
发作：少于 4 小时
时长：12 到 24 小时
生病了：我
附加信息：我怀疑这是他们的熔岩巧克力蛋糕，但可能是另外一回事。晚饭后几个小时就开始了。我收到了大米（可能还有一周的剩菜）垃圾邮件、来自 SLC 核动力系统商店的胡萝卜和当地史密斯商店的粗巧克力蛋糕。然后，是的，我睡了一会后开始呕吐和腹泻。扔掉蛋糕是最糟糕的，因为它的味道和掉蛋糕的味道一样。

Purchased a mega sized box of honey nut cheerios ate 1 bowl and had severe cramping and diarrhea. Thought it was the milk or something else I ate that day. Had a second bowl a couple days later and experienced the exact same symptoms.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
