Roast beef sub, Wednesday I ate 1/2 early the next morning I was ill and for most of Thursday not sure what it was I ate the other half Thursday night and am feeling the same way today  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心

I purchased a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich at the Lake Stevens Jack in the Box around 6pm on Sunday November 4. I ate it shortly thereafter removing the lettuce and tomato. Around midnight I woke up with serious diarrhea that lasted several hours. I also vomited… 更多

Had a salad w Romain and arugula and all the fixings. Also had Caesar dressing.

Left side kidneys were super sore and couldn’t sleep, turned into violent vomiting and nausea and diahrea for over 5.5 hours.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Bought two pizzas at 4:30. Got here at 4:55, super quick for a pizza delivery no where near the store. Just good luck I thought, didn't think about how the pizzas were already made just sitting out waiting for their order to come in. About 8:00 tonight… 更多

我们在晚上 10 点左右订购了两个 Philly Cheese 牛排三明治。第二天我正在呕吐，胃痉挛很严重，然后另一个人在几个小时内就开始生病了。第二天我去了医院，当时病情没有消退，现在是星期四，我已经回家四天了。
