Roast beef sub, Wednesday I ate 1/2 early the next morning I was ill and for most of Thursday not sure what it was I ate the other half Thursday night and am feeling the same way today  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea

I purchased a Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwich at the Lake Stevens Jack in the Box around 6pm on Sunday November 4. I ate it shortly thereafter removing the lettuce and tomato. Around midnight I woke up with serious diarrhea that lasted several hours. I also vomited… See more

Had a salad w Romain and arugula and all the fixings. Also had Caesar dressing.

Left side kidneys were super sore and couldn’t sleep, turned into violent vomiting and nausea and diahrea for over 5.5 hours.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
