我一天大部分时间都没吃过，但决定第一次尝试这个。我有一个辛辣的鸡肉三明治，只吃了大约 3/4。吃了几个小时后，我醒来时会感到强烈的胃痛，以至于因为他们伤得太糟糕而想吐出来。当我跑到洗手间时，我不得不挤脸颊，担心裤子被钉住。起初不是腹泻，但很快就变成了燃烧的熔岩液便。我每天服用益生菌并且肠道健康状况很好，因此我很少会从食物中出现胃部问题。我认为这对于快餐来说是一个不错的选择，因为我通常没有鸡肉或辛辣食物的问题。这非常难以忍受，也造成了一些坏恶心。祝我好运

I was fine all day. I ate there for dinner which was a cheeseburger. I woke up several hours later wish I had not been born. Day two and I am still miserable.
