昨天 2019 年 7 月 5 日晚上 7:30 晚上 8 点左右吃了晚餐时间早上 10 点开始在工作中感到不适。腹泻后下午 5 点无法忍受吃早餐或午餐。自从我回家以来，我被送回家一直在呕吐和腹泻，伴随着寒冷和发烧。我订购了 chow main、西兰花牛肉和橙鸡。（西兰花牛肉对我来说是新的）。
