购买了 2 个牛肉炸玉米饼和 1 个鸡肉脆卷饼和自制莎莎酱。于 7 月 18 日星期三下午 2:30 购买。星期三晚上开始出现胃痉挛。星期四凌晨 5 点之前和腹泻一起醒来。周四下午也呕吐了。截至周五晚上，我仍然有食物中毒症状。我的同事也吃了牛肉和莎莎酱。他们也有同样的疾病问题。

两个酥脆的碎牛肉卷饼，一个普通的碎牛肉卷饼。冰茶和普通的莎莎酱。
大约是下午 2 点 30 分。晚上 7 点左右开始出现胃痉挛和黄色水样腹泻、发冷、发烧、身体疼痛。晚上 9 点 45 分开始呕吐。Wellow Water 同时呕吐和腹泻。我和两个同事一起吃饭，他们也一样生病。唯一不变的是碎牛肉和莎莎酱。我们在 2018 年 7 月 18 日吃了但我还生病了，现在是 2018 年 7 月 20 日

Horrible experience! Three of us were traveling through on business and stopped for a quick bite. By the next evening all three of us were throwing up and had unforgiving diarrhea. This place was the only common denominator in what we ate. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
