昨晚有两位家庭成员在意大利蔬菜通心粉汤。昨晚出现症状（恶心、腹胀）。今天进展为包括腹泻。没胃口。很累。没有发烧。MD 参与其中。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 腹胀, 发烧, 食欲不振

我吃了炸虾、虾炒、炸鱿鱼、鸡翅、青豆。我的朋友在 3 月 3 日生日那天带我去那里，到 3/4 晚我因严重的腹泻而呕吐。到 3/5 时，我昏昏欲睡，头晕目眩，发烧发冷，还在呕吐腹泻。现在是 3/6 了，今天晚些时候我还在床上等着我的医生预约。
