Chicken nuggets I was the only person who got sick, and I was the only one who ate chicken nuggets in that order. I ate them around 3pm Monday and by 6am Tuesday I was violently ill with fever, headache, vomiting, diarrhea.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛

我 7 岁的儿子大约一个小时后腹泻回家，然后凌晨 4 点开始出现胃痛，呕吐低度发烧，胃痛严重，他吃了无骨烧烤鸡翅我（母亲）也有腹泻，但是当我们坐在桌子底下时没有出现任何其他症状令人恶心的是地板上有薯条和垃圾
