My kids got happy meals. 2 of the meals had chicken nuggest, 1 meal had a cheeseburger. My sister ate 2 of the chicken nuggets and my kids ate the rest of their food. All 4 of them got severly sick 3 days later. No one else ate the food from there, no kne else got sick.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

ate a Marie Colander chicken pot pie on 1 March 2018 and within an hour I started having stomach cramps which persisted for several hours. I started vomiting shortly after that, I have severe stomach cramps still even after vomiting.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

吃了一些鸡肉餐，包括芥末酱、薯条、饼干和苏打水。2 小时后开始胃部不适和 nauesaded 回合。那天晚上我没吃或喝任何其他东西。第四轮醒来时腹泻真的很糟糕。在2小时内去了6次。接下来是抽筋。一整天都在恶化。我胃痉挛太糟糕了，如果情况恶化，我就去急诊室。我不能动，我呕吐或者必须去洗手间。我服用了 Tums、pepto-bismo，甚至是讨厌的 Alka-Seltzer。

I ate a Chicken Club Salad around 10:30 at night. I felt nausea start about 20 minutes after. I puked not soon after and then proceeded to puke all night. Still have not stopped puking. This sucks.
