I had 1 chicken chalupa Supreme and Fiesta potatoes, as well as mountain Dew around late lunch time. Starting at 3am, I had severe diarrhea and vomiting at the same time. I couldn't hold down water. 9 hours later, I still have diarrhea every half hour and no appetite.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 食欲不振

Chalupa supreme, fried chicken rolls, cheese chicken wraps, I order taco bell at night. The next day I woke up with chills, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, and slight fever. It took approximately 10 hours before I noticed symptoms  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 头晕, 寒战, 疲劳

11/13/2019 我吃了（牛肉）chalupa 盒，里面装有 XL chalupa，硬炸玉米饼，肉桂麻花和 Med-可乐，晚上 7 点左右，我吃了炸玉米饼然后扭曲，但是在 chalupa 的一半，我停了下来，因为胃里有臃肿的感觉和沉重的打嗝。30 分钟后开始感到恶心。晚上 10 点上床睡觉时，我仍然感到恶心和打嗝。我凌晨 2 点 30 分醒来，我必须在凌晨 5 点 30 分去上班。要开始 12 小时的轮班，全天恶心会出现头痛、发冷、抽筋、身体疼痛、打嗝、胀气和腹泻。我在 19 年 11 月 14 日没吃任何东西，现在是 11 月 15 日凌晨 2 点，仍然没有食欲，我现在开始感觉好多了，但是我喝完任何东西之后仍然有沉重的打嗝
