I had a chicken bowl with no beans, white rice, lettuce, salsa , sour cream and cheese and chips. Roughly 8 hrs after eating I awoke extremely nasueas and sick. Unable to keep anything down including water went to Emergency room and diagnosed with food poisoning.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Got chicken bowl around 4 pm. Began feeling nacious around 10 pm. Vomiting and diarrhea and sweats all night long. Still feeling naucious. I am never going to chipotle again  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

昨晚我吃了一个鸡碗，然后第二天早上我醒来时感觉恶心，高烧呕吐。今天晚些时候，我去了链球菌性喉炎的紧急护理和足部测试，因为我不确定是否是这样，因为我有链球菌性喉炎的病史。然后我为我的喉咙吃了药。然后我睡了个午觉。我的发烧消失了，但是我得了 diherrea，并且从 24 小时前开始还在呕吐我的辣椒。

晚上 8 点左右是一个带鳄梨调味酱的鸡碗，之后开始感到非常臃肿。我去睡觉了，但是凌晨 2 点醒来时恶心开始呕吐。我吃了些药然后又睡了。我早上 8 点醒来后意识到自己患有腹泻。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 腹胀

Went in around 8:30 pm and it looked like the food had been sitting there for a while so I should known better. I had the Chicken bowl with a mix of beans, tomatoes, sour cream, cheese and corn. I had major stomach cramps and #3 for hours.  | 症状: 腹泻
