我进去吃午饭了订购了一个没有外壳的鸡肉卷饼碗。我饿了所以我吃了大部分。之后，在下午的剩余时间里，直到现在，我在消化中开始感到奇怪，我仍在经历这些症状（腹泻、恶心和腹痛）。胃痛是最严重的。跟我一起出去的一个同事和我的同事也吃了来自 qdoba 的鸡肉，他也感到恶心。

I went to Chipotle yesterday for lunch and had the steak and chicken burrito. I started feeling sick last evening and during the night I developed horrible nausea all night long. This morning I still have nausea and non stop diarrhea. I thought Chipotle was safe now.....mistake!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

My stomach still hurts... it has been 5 hours. I had the chicken burrito with white rice, pico de gallo, corn and lettuce. It is terrible. Chipotle has been having A LOT of problems with it's food health issues. BEWARE!!!  | 症状: 腹泻

我连续吃了 3 天的墨西哥辣椒（是的，我知道风险很大）而且还不错。然后第四天我没吃太多东西，因为我感到备份了。然后开始有非常糟糕的胃痛。这让我感觉好像我要爬进一个球然后死掉。然后我得了腹泻。我现在有腹泻和腹痛。而且这真的很痛。那些天我都有鸡肉卷饼。我再也不会在这里吃东西了。
