I ate the honey chipotle chicken crispers and cheese fries with bacon. On January 31st. About an hour after I immediately had to poop and had diarrhea. I tried to drink some water and just threw it up. After that I had the worst cramp ever in my stomach.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我丈夫订购了蜂蜜 chipotle 鸡肉保鲜盒，6 小时后猛烈呕吐，还有腹泻。严重的胃痉挛现在还在继续。他甚至无法保持水分，不得不错过工作，而且他是个体经营者。我刚有一个朋友告诉我她在那个地方生病了，那里有未煮熟的鸡肉，而且他们还有蟑螂。我们再也不会去那里了

我的家人在下午 6 点半左右在位于夏洛特的 Chiki “s 吃了晚餐。我拿到了鸡肉保鲜盒、玉米和装满的土豆泥。我有 2 个鸡肉保鲜盒，所有的玉米和大部分的土豆泥。今天早上 4 点我醒来时出现严重的胃痉挛，我去洗手间得了爆炸性的水样腹泻。我去洗手然后开始有那种恶心的感觉然后开始呕吐。从那以后一直不间断。此时将近 3 个小时。
