My husband and I both had chicken quesadillas from the Sandbar. At 4 AM we both woke up with food poisoning. The doctor ordered him to stay home.from work (military) for 2 days. I have not seen a doctor yet.  | 症状: 腹泻

昨晚我和朋友一起吃了塔可钟，我吃了 2 美元的菜单鸡肉墨西哥玉米饼和一些 baja 爆炸，感觉很饱但总体来说还不错。第二天早上我醒来时抽筋很厉害，每隔 20-30 分钟花一整天时间呕吐一次，身体疼痛非常寒冷  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋, 寒战, 身体疼痛

I ate at Chili's in keene, nh at 12:30 last friday march 30, 2018. Had the chicken quesadillas, the worst of the sickness is over but still have some lingering symptoms, I almost called 911,  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

订购了两只鸡肉油炸玉米饼。开始感觉到最强烈的气体，进食后一小时内开始不断打嗝。试着把它睡掉，但醒来后整晚都生病了。我既坐在马桶上又弯腰。有史以来最差的感觉绝对令人恶心。一年多没吃过快餐了。此后不打算开始...
