我有一个鸡肉三明治，里面有波利尼西亚酱和薯条。几分钟后回家后，我有一种去洗手间的紧急感觉。我正在背靠背上厕所去腹泻。这发生在 2019 年 7 月 26 日星期五。直到 7 月 29 日星期一，我仍然有腹泻症状。腹泻已经冷却了一点，但我的胃仍然很生气，我必须在肚子上用加热垫睡觉。

Ate on Sunday night for dinner a chicken sandwich and woke up in the middle of the night vomiting for an hour. Then laid back down only to run back to the bathroom with non stop diarrhea. I feel very sick and fatigued today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
