I ate a Big Mac and felt absolutely fine, I then proceeded to eat what I can only describe as a mushy mc chicken sandwich and within a few minutes felt really ill. Feeling really nauseous and just really unwell in general.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a cherry coke and a large ores milkshake yesterday for dinner around 5.25pm and my stomach hasn’t been the same since I’ve been stooling watery and frequently all night and this morning and I’m very nauseous  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
