Chicken Salad from Deli, as i ate my sandwich my tongue was sizzling, i at most of the sandwich and told my girlfreind how does yours taste, she spit it out as it burned her tongue. i think i was poisoned. possibly by a worker.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

First time having this, it was actually quite good, but the chickens seemed a little rubbery, I figured they just probably boiled it. Woke up 3:00 a.m. with massive nausea followed by massive vomiting, to the point I couldn't breathe, then started hyperventilating. First time being sick… 更多

Tonight Bush's Chicken. 1226 W Bitters Rd, San Antonio, TX 78248 Ordered the chicken tenders, fries, sweet tea, cherry pie. Approximately 611pm delivery. Finished probably by 7pm. Felt bloated, nauseous and sick by 830 and vomited projectile at 910pm so far  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 胃痛
