My wife ordered chicken fajitas and my son ate the boneless stuffed chicken bites. They both came down with diarrhea, an vomiting within 4 hours after the meal. Looks like this is a common complaint at this resturant  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had taco bell two days ago, had a chicken crunch wrap i took a couple bites and immediately could tell it was spoiled, the next day I woke up having hot sweats and vomiting. Now it’s been two days and I am nauseous and constantly on the toilet vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 出汗

Carl's Jr, My mom got a char-broiled burger w/ lettuce in place of a bun, waffle fries, and a mocha shake, and I got chicken strips, fries, and froot loop donuts. We ate at 7:30pm and woke up at 6:45am both feeling ill.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 腹泻
