I had a chipotle chicken loaded griller at 5 pm. I started to feel sick around 8 and eventually puked my guts out at 10 then again at 11. I only ate the loaded griller that night so it had to be that. The staff was nice and quick but the food gave me the worst nausea Ive ever had.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

拿起一些预制的沙拉和包裹。我吃了凯撒鸡肉沙拉，首先感觉到胃痛。然后腹泻从晚上 11 点至凌晨 3 点发生。然后恶心的感觉开始了，呕吐开始了，早上 6 点左右就退出了。第二天我已经筋疲力尽了。直到我妻子今晚刚吃了沃尔玛熟食店的包装，并且出现了完全相同的痛苦悲惨症状之前，我才知道那是什么。直到那时我才研究并看到所有这些报告。去沃尔玛的路。想到什么可能一次困扰这么多地方真是太可怕了。
