Ate a SW Chile Lime Salad with NO chicken or avocado and had extra quinoa blend on it. Within 30 minutes explosive, straight liquid diarrhea. Have been absolutely filling toilet for last 10 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻

i ate 2 mcchickens last Friday around 1 am and started feeling sick around 8 am with diarrhea and feeling nauseous. I puked around 4 pm, then I recently ate at a different McDonald’s here in town yesterday and had a chicken snack wrap around 6 pm… 更多

Ordered the 4 piece mixed chicken for $5.00. Stomache ache and nausea within an hour of eating it. Also, it wasn't hot after only 10 minutes of purchasing. Had weird texture, like rubber, the chicken meat part.  | 症状: 恶心
