吃了智利 relleno 和 tamale 盘子的组合。

我以前有过一次食物中毒，比以前严重了好几倍。

吃完大约 2 小时后，我感觉真的很臃肿，3 小时后我开始呕吐剧烈的腹部痉挛和腹泻。

在接下来的 10 个小时里，我每 20-30 分钟呕吐一次，直到我终于到了不再呕吐的地方。

我太虚弱了，我几乎无法站起来步行去洗手间，我很害怕自己太虚弱而无法走路。

绝对悲惨。
