我和我自己 15 岁的女儿一起吃东西，她订购了素食汉堡和一份苏打水，我有 3 份鸡肉招标和一个奶昔香草奶昔。我喜欢餐厅的氛围，但她说她的素食汉堡味道真不错，对我来说并不是那么令人印象深刻。我有鸡肉招标，当外面脆脆的时候，内心的鸡是煮熟的，但是在未煮熟的一面。我也有一个香草奶昔。我们在 2019 年 11 月 17 日下午大约下午 230 点吃了。凌晨 3 点左右，她因爆炸性腹泻和呕吐而醒来，她也感到恶心，腹痛也很严重。当天下午或当天早些时候她没有吃任何不寻常的东西，也没有吃不寻常的东西，我们在家里吃饭。我强烈怀疑她有汉堡包的食物中毒，特别是因为我确实在价格过高/缺乏吸引力的时候质疑他们的食物质量。谢谢。

Their spicy chicken sandwich , 2 people, ate same meal at 7pm, woke up in the middle of the night with extremely painful stomach aches, vomiting and diarrhea, we did not consume fries or custard, solely sandwich and sweet tea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Us and four friends are at it Saturday at 12pm. We all are Ill with the same symptoms. Saturday in the last 12 hours, 4 people sick. Met for lunch. Only food we all consumed was ketchup, fries, and custard. No one shared food. Symptoms showed up 32 to 38 hours after the lunch  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻
