I ate the fettuccine with pesto last night and got incredibly sick. Woke up at 2 AM and was vomiting/had diarrhea until 10 AM. Had nausea for the remainder of the day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我点了 Chickem Bryan 和意大利细面条阿尔弗雷多以及意大利沙拉和面包。我也有沙漠（巧克力梦）。症状在大约 11 小时后开始出现。它始于发烧、发冷、出汗、恶心、水样腹泻、呕吐等。在过去的 36 个小时里，我一直很虚弱，无法收拾自己。除了这顿饭，我唯一吃的就是在卡拉巴斯用餐前大约 6 小时吃一份小沙拉作为午餐。

I had ordered fettuccine alfredo pasta with shrimp, along with dynamite shrimp, and strawberry lemonade .. I had Diarrhea, Nausea, fatigue, and vomiting.. and had to sleep for 12 hours after that  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had Domino's chicken fettuccine pasta bowl and within 15 minutes of eating it, I started to feel my stomach hurt. 10 minutes later, the pain grew stronger like I was about to give labor and ended up in the restroom with diahrrea. Never ordering from Domino's again.  | 症状: 腹泻
