We went there for dinner on 01/05/18. We each ordered the filet mignon and shrimp tippan. We are had severe stomach cramps, diarrhea, stomach gurgling from the time we got home for the rest of the night.  | 症状: 腹泻

At around 830 pm i went to mcdonalds and ordered a fish filet, and a large fry. I felt sick the rest of the night. At 2 am i started throwing up. It is now 6:07 am. I have not slept i have been throwing up for 4 hours straight.  | 症状: 呕吐

My wife and i shared the Filet mignon at 8 pm on Jan 2 2018. This was the only item that nobody else at the table shared. All 4 other patrons were all right. We started having symptoms at 7 am Jan 3, which lasted 3 hours. We stayed in bed the rest of the day at our hotel.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 12 月 30 日星期六晚上，我和我丈夫吃了 6 盎司的 Flo`s Filet。我们在下午 5 点到达。我们都有土豆泥和沙拉。另外两个亲戚正在和我们一起吃饭。他们点了丁骨、土豆和沙拉。回家半小时后，我和丈夫都有严重的胃痛和可怕的腹泻，后来又出现了呕吐和胃部不适，持续了一整夜。周日我们仍然感到可怕，不得不取消除除夕的计划。我们通常每周在 Longhorn 吃 2 到 3 次。当我们到达时，大多数人都会认出我们，并且总是以微笑和与我们聊天使我们感到高兴。我们总是吃得很好，两人都对这顿非常昂贵的饭菜的结果感到惊讶。

The shrimp tasted extremely fishy and the filet mug on was tough and rubbery. The whole meal felt wrong but I kept eating because it was so expensive... 5 hours later I was sweating bullets, burning up and so sick to my stomach. I've been sick all night.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

像往常一样，我在柜台买了一些碎牛肉和菲力牛排。菲力不如往常好，但我还是吃了，我的孩子们吃了碎牛肉。在把碎牛肉送给孩子之前，我尝过碎牛肉，看起来还可以（没关系，本来可以更好）。几个小时后，我的一个孩子生病了（呕吐多次至少 24 小时），然后我和我的另一个孩子真的生病了，在几个小时内呕吐了很多次，感觉虚弱，脱水了 24 小时。只有我的素食丈夫没有生病，所以我们就是这样认为这是牛肉的原因，因为在那次活动之前我们绝对健康和健康。另外，据我记得，那天在柜台为我服务的那个人没有戴任何手套。我什么也没对他说但我很惊讶...
