我儿子和我有水牛翅膀配蓝纹奶酪、蓝纹奶酪汉堡和炸泡菜。我还有一个赞助人玛格丽塔。我们在 9 点 45 分左右吃了，凌晨 3 点 15 分我开始呕吐弹丸，伴有胃痉挛和腹泻。他们的人手不足，只有 2 台服务器，一半的餐厅里满是顾客。我想停止痛苦。

2 月 1 日晚上 8 点左右去和我的男朋友共进晚餐。我们俩都有炸泡菜作为开胃菜，主要是我吃了没有肉的加勒比沙拉。凌晨 12 点左右，我开始感到有点恶心，但是直到凌晨 3 点左右才开始呕吐。我真的不记得 2 月 2 日了，因为我大部分时间都在发烧和发冷中度过了意识。当我尝试吃东西或喝任何东西时，就会出现腹泻。不用说，我会在很长一段时间内远离 Chili “s。（我男朋友吃了 ranchero 鸡肉炸玉米饼，他很好）。

Ate wings and boneless wings, fried pickles, blue cheese and ranch in about 3 hours had diarrhea in 2 more started projectile vomiting and running a fever lasted through the night with pressured vomiting and pressured diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Husband and father in law had two burgers and fried pickles and the next day both had vomiting and diarrhea. Father in law said that burgers came out very fast like they had been sitting out under a warmer and not freshly cooked  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Woke up feeling sorta funny, went to the bathroom to experience vomiting and diarrhea at the same time, multiple times.

Went in around 1:30. Ordered the fried pickles with hot ranch and a order of Dayton wings with a order of fries. This was my first and last meal of the day. Symptoms started around 8:30 and it's 11:32 and I've been throwing up non stop  | 症状: 呕吐
