通常有非常棒的食物！今天我在午餐时点了带薯条和柠檬水的鸡块，大约 2 个小时后，我开始感到有点恶心。现在已经过了 5 个小时了，我觉得我需要住在浴室里。我很恶心，头晕和作品。我喜欢别致的 fila，但会保持清醒一段时间。

Had a big mac, fries and milkshake. Went to sleep about an hour or two after and woke up at 8am having to run to the toilet. Bad stomach since then and feeling extremely sick. Hoping this is the extent and I don't be sick. Never normally have this problem  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心
