一位经验丰富的旅行者，我在离开之前拿走了我的 dukoral，没有使用任何自来水，被告知冰是纯净的，是来自袋子的。没吃过任何未经剥过的水果。

它从第 2 天开始，保持一致。我吃的每一顿饭都会导致胃部抽筋和几束 dirreah。我们是主席圈会员，只能在餐厅、贵宾和更高级的酒吧里吃饭。经过几天之后，我感觉跑了，但隧道尽头有光。

回家之前，我们在蓝礁湖吃了最后一顿晚餐。那天晚上我们 7 人病得了暴力。呕吐，diarreah，发冷，疼痛，嗜睡。有些人在几个小时之后感觉还不错。我自己和我的家人在过去 3 天里出现症状。自回到加拿大以来，抽筋和 diarreah 已经平息了。我只是在努力吃整顿饭。我的孩子继续有 diarreah 和誓言。如果今天情况没有改善，我们将去看医生。
