昨天（3 月 26 日）下午 4 点左右，我在 Wendy's 吃了一个烧烤汉堡。这是那天到目前为止我唯一吃过的东西。晚餐时我吃了少量烤蔬菜，因为我的胃感到不安。我不能吃东西然后决定上床睡觉，因为我凌晨 3 点起床上班。我醒来跑去洗手间它两端都猛烈地出来。现在大约是凌晨 1 点，暴力持续了大约 20 分钟。我甚至有血腥的粪便。当我意识到这是温迪的汉堡包时，我想弄清楚它会是什么。8-10 个小时是食物毒药的范围，也是我那天唯一吃的东西。现在是早上 7 点 40 分，不再有胃痉挛、没有恶心或感觉我必须跑到便盆里了。这绝对是食物毒药，因为我从来没有这么快就对胃虫有留置权。
