It was the morning of September 22, 2017 at QT, 321 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ. I picked up a QT Hotzi Split Sausage Square Wrap. About two hours later I began to have cramps and it's lasted for 24 hours so far.  | 症状: 恶心

母亲节（2017 年 5 月 14 日）带我妻子来这里。我们在上午 11 点就座。我妻子有一盘炸虾、蟹饼和鸡肉配沙拉。下午 2 点左右，她开始感到恶心、腹泻和呕吐。她去洗手间 17 次开始感觉虚弱所以我打电话给 911。他们通过 ambalance 把她带到印第安河医疗中心。她一直在那里直到凌晨 2 点 30 分，诊断出食物中毒。我要求红龙虾支付医院服务费。对她来说，度过母亲节真是个好方法。她会让卫生部门介入这件事

I had the chicken salad over the mixed greens and was sick a few hours later and the whole next day.

Had the same experience, except throwing up consistently for 10 hours after having their chicken masala (I believe it's the Indian cuisine with red sauce). I was violently ill for 2 or 3 days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我和妻子都吃了印度鸡肉菜和巴斯马蒂大米，我妻子吃的是布鲁塞尔芽菜；它们几乎没有布鲁塞尔芽菜，所以我得到了最后剩下的抱子甘蓝和素食辣椒。我们在 16 年 12 月 23 日晚上 9 点左右吃了我妻子在飞机上两次呕吐（从洛杉矶国际机场飞往奥兰多的 5 小时飞行），在从奥兰多到母亲家的 2 小时旅程中又扔了两次。我有腹泻、发烧和发冷。两天后我们仍然感觉不舒服。我感觉稍微好一点，但不吃肉只吃蔬菜和淀粉。我妻子仍然有恶心和腹泻但没有呕吐。
