A déjeuné sous forme de buffet le lundi 15 janvier à 11h15. Buffet indien.
Il a quitté le restaurant et vers 16h30 a commencé à vomir toutes les 15 minutes pendant 3 heures. J'ai aussi eu de la diarrhée. J'ai dû lui rendre visite à cause de l'incapacité de garder les liquides et la déshydratation.  | Symptômes: Diarrhée, Nausée, Vomissements, déshydratation
