2019 年 1 月 1 日（昨天）下午 5 点左右，我在当地的麦当劳餐厅吃了一个 “大美味” 汉堡（无酱）、薯条和巧克力奶昔。吃完饭大约一个小时后，我变得头晕和恶心，我开始出现胃痉挛、呕吐和腹泻。呕吐持续了大约 2 个小时，腹泻更长，整夜甚至现在，第二天早上。吃这顿饭之前我感觉很好，那天早上除了 2 片吐司外没有任何食物。我感觉很糟糕和脱水。还是不能离厕所太远。
