My daughter and I ate 7/25/19. I had a burrito and nacho, and my daughter had a nacho. My daughter stomach started hurting later that night. My daughter threw up the entire next day. My stomach started hurting early in the morning on the 26th. I had diarrhea the entire day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我去格罗顿 ct 吃了食物 2 小时后我从格罗顿的炸玉米饼和玉米片薯条吃了食物，我开始变热和恶心 n 头痛开始呕吐 n 现在腹痛很多腹泻，开始生病 2 小时后在下午 6 点吃  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 头痛, 胃痛

西南航空在 7 月 13 日取消航班后把我们送到这里。停留了不到 12 个小时，他们从小吃自助餐中喝了 2 杯加冰的饮料和一些玉米饼片和纳乔奶酪。我们度过了剩下的一周，漂亮、干净、太棒了，从来没有感到不适。就像白天和黑夜一样反正周日晚上回家半夜醒来时胃痉挛、腹泻和呕吐。现在是星期二了，还没放松 :(

She ate a nacho Bell Grande and woke up I'm the middle of the night throwing up with diarrhea, The symptoms happened 7 hours after ingesting the food. This is the third time she has gotten sick from eating food at this location. I'm just putting it all together after this incident.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

My wife and I ate the ultimate nacho at 5:30 PM . At 8:00 PM she had cramps, vomiting, and diarrhea. She was sick for 2 days. I fell sick with the same symptoms about 2 hours after her.  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻, 抽筋
