我们在晚上 11 点左右去了麦当劳，一两个小时后我开始胃痛，凌晨 4 点左右开始出现腹泻和恶心。我的男朋友直到早上 7 点左右才经历任何事情。他抱怨胃痛和恶心。我有一个双层奶酪汉堡和一个鸡块经典餐优惠（10 个掘金、蜂蜜芥末酱、不带冰的雪碧、小薯条和一个苹果派）。我的男朋友有巨无霸经典餐点优惠（除了掘金和酱汁之外也是如此，而是巨无霸）和我的一些鸡块。

On 12/10/18 at 7pm i purchased a half size chicken harvest salad, 4piece nugget & large fries. I went hone and had the salad & nuggets later around 10pm for dinner.

我在加利福尼亚州雷丁的麦当劳吃饭，肚子抽筋，腹泻真的很严重。我男朋友也吃了它，突然出现了同样的症状。我虚弱又恶心，我记得在一个特定的鸡块里品尝过一些东西。但是我把它刷掉了，我后悔去了那里，我不会回来的。

My 3 year old had a chicken nugget happy meal. I am guessing it was the nuggets, because my husband also had fries and didn't have any problems. Vomiting and diarrhea that night and the entire next day. No fever  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
