Had a chicken pesto pizza with white sauce. Didn't eat anything else that evening, and a couple hours after eating at Pie Five, was vomiting and had diarrhea for several hours. Woke up once in the middle of the night to vomit, and then felt mostly fine by noon the next day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2017 年 7 月 23 日下午 1 点 30 分左右，我为自己订购了墨西哥披萨组合，给丈夫订购了 chalupa 餐，给女儿订购了软炸玉米饼。我把食物放在保温袋里，开车回家5分钟。当每个人都开始挖掘时，我们意识到我们的食物充其量只能是室温。我吃了我的 2 个炸玉米饼，丈夫是 chalupa，女儿是她的炸玉米饼。我的墨西哥披萨实际上很冷，奶酪几乎没有融化，所以我甚至没吃过。我们三个人都受到了逐渐恶心，然后是胃痛的打击，最终导致凌晨 4 点（饭后 12 小时）出现严重腹泻。这些场所需要确保每位员工都获得处理食物的许可证（食品处理人员许可证）。任何老 Joe 的打击都可以通过几天的训练找到工作，仅此而已。我们的生命掌握在他们手中。这些员工中的大多数都在那里领取薪水，他们可能不太关心质量控制或是否让某人生病。我们很幸运情况并没有更糟。
